Position Summary:
Sr Director, Retail Marketing
Morrison Healthcare is seeking a Sr Director of Retail Marketing to define and create a nationwide retail strategy. The ideal individual for this dynamic position will understand and develop programs that will result in driving sales within our retail venues.
Responsibilities:
Manages the creative development and production for national marketing campaigns for Healthcare with the goal of driving traffic and increasing sales in our retail venues
Steering relationships and guiding marketing agencies
Builds relationships and create an alignment within our Business Partner program
Develops relationships with our retail, culinary, and field associates gaining their insight and assistance with strategic campaign development
Directs the development of mulitmedia, including social media, presentations that assist in driving sales
Executes all marketing campaigns from the Healthcare promotional calendar, including internal and external communications supporting brand messaging, standards, & guidelines
Provides metrics to Sr Leadership from results of strategic campaigns
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, advertising or related field required
10 years of experience in marketing comprehensive campaigns in the fast, casual food market
Successful track record of developing programs that boost retail sales
Ability to influence and drive integration of marketing strategy into operational program and planning.
Ability to prepare and manage marketing budget
Knowledge of the science that understands and drives sales
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong marketing project management skills and ability to multi-task
Proficient in the use of Windows based office software including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Outlook
Ability to manage corporate relationships with key influencers including senior management
Must be able to travel extensively (60-75%) throughout the nation and work a flexible schedule to include weekends
