Job Description:
This is a Great Opportunity to become an integral part of the Strategic Alliance Group. This position’s responsibility is to meet Compass Groups account retention objectives through interaction with clients, operators and field support. This position will support the KY, MO, TN, AR, and MS area. Individual will be based out of Nashville TN, Memphis TN, St. Louis MO, or Lexington KY.
Responsibilities:
- Prioritization of account activity incorporating operational input from managers and clients.
- Conduct interviews, operational reviews, lead operations in developing account retention strategies and follows up with operations on action plans.
- Attend client meetings on an agreed upon frequency.
- Lead the re-bid process of top accounts.
- Support contract extension and re-negotiations process-preempt when possible.
- Develop multi-level client contact.
- Accountable for contract wins and losses of top accounts.
- Manage the positions overhead budget
- Retain account PBO – increase where possible
Qualifications:
- BA or BS degree required
- Previous district level management experience required in a multi-branded food service management or retail food service organization.
- Demonstrated success with multiple client interface.
- Proposal and pro forma experience required.
- Able to read and interpret financial data.
- Excellent verbal and written skills and the ability to negotiate contracts.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Creative problem solving, Negotiating, Time management
- Industry related [contract foodservice management] experience preferred
- Travel required up to 50%.
