- This position is responsible for multiple corporate dining accounts.
- You will manage and lead a team of salaried managers.
- You will be responsible for managing client relations, along with ensuring that the food offered to the customers is of superior quality.
Additionally, you will be responsible for the following:
- Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests and clients as well as other departments.
- Roll out new culinary programs in conjunction with Eurest marketing and culinary team. A great partnership role!
- Oversee all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account and the region.
Required Qualifications:
- BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred.
- Three to five years of contract foodservice multi unit experience at the GM level or DM experience.
- Previous experience working as a District Manager or in a high volume operation.
- High volume production and catering experience is essential.
- Previous experience managing multiple budgets.
- Must have the ability to work in a mobile environment – local travel involved
