Job Description:


Responsible for general management and professional direction to Technical teams, Site Managers and general administration teams providing services including but not limited to Building Maintenance repairs & maintenance, grounds, specialist subcontract management & project management. RM ensures the highest levels of quality and responsiveness to our clients needs. Implements departmental goals and objectives; designs, interprets and implements policies and procedures; establishes and revises work methods and procedures; researches and develops new programs and administers on-going programs. Serves on committees, attends meetings and conferences, prepares and maintains budgets, develops and analyzes complex reports, and directly and indirectly supervises and directs the work of others.




As a manager of people, the Regional Manager will develop/execute a compelling vision for the team and encourage the execution of that shared vision. This person will have proven success in attracting and retaining a team with both development and operational skill sets in a manufacturing or related environment.



Responsibilities:



  • Owns the client relationship and helps ensure our client’s success in their roles.

  • Provide strong leadership and guidance to our on site associates, ensuring that moral and employee satisfaction is at an optimum level at all times.

  • Manage the duality of maintaining a strong Eurest Services culture, whilst showing an awareness and responsiveness to the client's culture and values in our service delivery.

  • Responsible for management of financial budgets and controlling expenses.

  • Review and analyze financial statements, weekly operating reports and other financial reports, making operational adjustments as necessary.

  • Responsible for productivity and staffing that is appropriate to maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Drive Safety values and behavior that protects our associates and ensures the safety of our customers employees. Follow all Eurest Safety programs and policies.

  • Maintain and support client satisfaction at a level that not only ensures account retention but also the growth of our relationship.

  • Maintain an active environmental stewardship program at multiple levels within the account.

  • Administer all Eurest Services KPI’s and customer KPI’s as required and respond in a timely and effective manner.

  • Promote client awareness of program alternatives and the availability of corporate resources.

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with the provisions of client contracts.

  • Assist in customizing programs to meet the account's unique needs as required.

  • Champion innovation and continuous improvement at the client facility.

  • Establish and maintain direct personal contact with a wide spectrum of the client community affected and/or concerned with the quality, safety and appearance of the Campuses or other properties.

  • Plans facilities services with our client contacts and coordinates with the long-range goals and objectives of the campus.

  • Develops proposals that include long-range and short-range plans for improving services, optimizing costs and implementing new systems and techniques.

  • Lead project management team as client’s representative in fast track mid size retrofit construction projects.


Qualifications:

  • Ability to develop long-range planning proposals as well as budgeting and cost effectiveness measures.



  • Solid understanding of Class A Office facilities and building services.



  • Experience managing construction retrofit projects of at least $500k.



  • Must be proficient in using a PC and software including MS Office products and facilities management software.



  • Thorough knowledge of management principles, concepts and techniques.



  • Thorough knowledge of budgeting, personnel and purchasing procedures.



  • Thorough knowledge of modern principles, methods, practices and techniques of business administration involved in budgeting, purchasing, accounting and organization.



  • Ability to manage a geographically dispersed team and supplier partners.



  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with the client and customers.



  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.



  • Ability to affect budgets in the use of personnel, supplies, materials and equipment.



  • Bachelor degree with major course work in Engineering, Science, Business administration, accounting management or related field required.



  • Graduate degree in Engineering, Science, Management or business administration preferred.



  • Extensive experience in administrative functions, supervision and fiscal operation.



  • 10 years’ experience in Facilities Management.



  • Designated “Certified Facility Manager “ by International Facility Management Association (IFMA) preferred.
