This is a GREAT OPPORTUNITY to become a leader in a great company and growing corporation. In this position, you will be responsible for providing financial leadership and oversight of accounting and related functions of a support services portfolio.
Responsible for all Regional Finance Manager responsibilities for multiple healthcare facilities throughout Houston. Processing and reporting of monthly financial results for all locations. Work closely with on site management teams and remote finance teams to develop process and procedures to ensure the timely preparation and distribution of monthly financial information. As the on site financial manager, will be actively be involved in communicating and presenting financial results and forecasts to both on site operations and client management teams.
Qualifications:
- BS degree in Accounting or Finance and at least 3+ years as a financial manager required
- Professional demeanor with outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills and proven ability to influence internal and external parties and build winning teams
- Fantastic presentation skills
- High numeric and analytical ability - able to analyze and evaluate financial data and compile concise professional financial reports and presentations
- Strong computer system and software skills – proficient with MS Office and financial reporting systems
- Ability to plan, prioritize and work under pressure to achieve ongoing time deadlines in dynamic, fast paced work environment
- Must be able to travel between accounts in the Houston, TX area to support the needs of business
