Primary responsibility is to replenish and rotate stock in cabinets, reach-in coolers, on shelves, coffee racks, or in designated merchandising locations. Rotates product to ensure first-in and first-out product utilization. Properly displays product (straight–up and facing forward). Will stock and clean break rooms on a pre-designated route, as well as maintain superior customer service. The driver is responsible for cleaning machines, reporting service related issues, and completing a pre-determined route daily. The driver is responsible for keeping company vehicle properly stocked, completing their route within their normally scheduled hours, keeping vehicle properly maintained, and obeying all traffic laws. The driver is also responsible for accurate recording of information and is held accountable for any shortages.
Ideal Candidate for Route Service
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license, (standard operator’s license)
- Ability to operate a two or four wheeled hand-truck.
- Excellent customer service and organizations skills
- Able to work independently, responsible for route, work unsupervised 98% of the time.
- Understands importance of meeting deadlines and commitments
- Must be able to work 10-12 hour shifts, including early morning hours
- Must pass background check, driver's license check and drug test and DOT physical (CDL license not required)
