  • Coordinate the quick booking and consistent billing of client requests for CCS services for an excellent customer experience.

  • Coordinate CCS technician schedules and shared calendar to maximize efficiency while accommodating services.

  • Complete all checklist and service detail tracking tasks for consistent operations reporting.




Supervisory Responsibilities: None




Essential Functions and Responsibilities:






  • Perform office work directly related to the business operations of the AV Link Collaborative Conferencing Support team

  • Manage CCS email alias



  • Manage CCS technician service calendar

  • Review for accuracy and process service requests

  • First tier consultant for event planners and clients who have inquiries about CS services, pricing, and availability

  • Provide estimates and quotes for all events not requiring technical producer

  • Determine and communicate availability of external labor for CCS events

  • Communicate with CCS Leads to determine which technicians should be booked for which events

  • Book full time, part time, on call, and external labor as necessary

  • Respond to all inquiries within 1 business day (by 4pm)

  • Communicate final costs of services to Events team for daily processing of billing

  • Complete billing for events utilizing non-managed space

  • Update CLOS checklist and send every Friday

  • Schedule CCS vehicles and equipment for event support along with scheduled technician(s)

  • Maintain email templates and other client-facing documentation

  • Perform the job safely

  • Competence in computer applications – Excel, PowerPoint, Work, Internet and Outlook

  • Other tasks may be assigned






Education and Experience:





  • High school graduate or GED equivalent

  • CTS or comparable AV industry certification a plus

  • Minimum 1 year prior Service Desk and AV industry experience

  • Prior customer service experience required

  • Prior experience in dedicated, high pressure event support a plus

  • Prior organizational leadership experience a plus
