Job Description:
The Financial Analyst is responsible for all financial reporting and analysis for all units. Works directly with department heads in budgeting, COG’s analysis and purchasing. Directly supports and reports to the CFO of the Premier Hospitality division, the corporate office and the client.
Responsibilities:
- New unit pro forma development and benchmarking.
- Develop project plans using data analytics to improve profitability and reduce costs.
- Forecasting.
- Analysis of monthly results for the operational team – key areas inventory turns, days sales outstanding, labor and product cost.
- Provide training and support to unit managers and unit controllers.
- Assist with monthly close process.
- Annual budget process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business or Finance.
- 5-7+ years Accounting/Finance experience.
- Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Ability to travel (5-10%).
