Responsibilities:
Controls expenses within area of responsibility.
Operates the Unit within or under set predetermined in budgets.
Maintains records and statistics for administrative and regulatory purposes.
Plans, organizes, directs, coordinates and supervises functions and activities of onsite Vendors.
Establishes and ensure work standards and work flow onsite Vendors.
Implements Vendor policies and procedures as mandated by the client.
Demonstrates good communication skills with clients.
Ensures Vendor compliance with all regulatory agencies.
Demonstrates and promotes Eurest B&I culture, values and management philosophy.
Maintains a proactive attitude towards the achievement of the facility goals and objectives.
Demonstrates quality leadership in meeting performances plans.
Reads and develops in the Total Quality Management process.
Acts as a positive role model.
Develops and maintains job descriptions for Vendors.
Ensures proper staffing and resources of Vendors per the Service Level Agreement
Responsible for ensuring the Business Services Quality Assurance inspection and Customer Surveys are inputted in Crothall Team Coach software on a weekly basis
Responsible for ensuring Monthly Service Reports are completed- By Vendors
Responsible for reviewing and approving all Vendor invoices.
Handles and resolves any operational problems or issues regarding Business Support Services
Communicates and ensure all Vendors are aware of any/all site objectives and plans
Acts as liaison for customer needs
Conducts Monthly Safety meetings and strictly executes all requirements of the Company's safety program.
Maintains all Safety requirements for Staff members provided by HSSE
Participant of the Incident Management Team and BCP Team
Manage the quality process as it relates to Vendor Services and set targets for quality improvement.
Measure customer satisfaction and implement action plans for areas below standard
Continuously review Vendor Services procedures and implement improvements when applicable.
Create an environment of innovations and continuous improvement targeted toward improved service levels and increased efficiency within Business Support Services.
Share best in class and standard practices with colleagues.
Conduct weekly One-on-One Sessions with Vendors and provide corrective feedback as neededQualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven record of strong management and organizational skills
Ability to manage stressful situations in a calm, courteous, and efficient manner
Client Relations and Customer Service Oriented
Team leadership Abilities; Staffing Recruiting, Development and Relations
Planning, Organization & System Know-how
Strong interpersonal skills, problem solving and analytical skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
U.S. Citizenship required.
College degree preferred
Capable of using Microsoft Office
